Our DB Beans have been sourced from Italy, Ethiopia, Vietnam & Colombia. They are roasted using twin state of the art Loring Convection Roasters here in Ireland to maintain its freshness. By convection roasting, hot air gently roasts the entire bean, retaining all the flavour and ensuring an even roast. This process allows for the ultimate roast and therefore a superior taste
